With 112 stations on several routes, the London Overground network connects several suburban areas in Greater London.
Within the tender for the concession to operate the services, trenolab was asked to prepare and test a timetable draft to be used as input.
In a few weeks, trenolab developed timetable drafts for several scenarios on all lines of the network, including the corresponding rolling stock rostering. Based on the performance regime defined by Tfl, trenolab also simulated the proposed timetables, estimating the performances that would be obtained with them.
