Oslo area

The Oslo region is the most populated in Norway, and the one where most railway traffic is concentrated. In order to evaluate the effective capacity of its methods in reproducing rail operations, trenolab was asked by Jernbanedirektoratet to iteratively calibrate the simulation model with the goal of estimating its accuracy and the corresponding residual error. The calibrated model was used as an input for the evaluation of the robustness of the future timetables.
