Alessandro Favarotto, Software developer
Alessandro has worked as a backend software developer since 2002, specializing in the insurance sector from 2002 to 2017, where he developed robust backend solutions and systems. From 2017 onwards, he transitioned to the medical field, focusing on integrations with electronic health records (EHR) and implementing backend services for healthcare applications. He joined TRENOlab in November 2025 and is currently involved in the migration of the Trenissimo application to Java 25 and all related technical updates. He shares his home with his dog Saphira and spends his spare time drawing fantasy maps for tabletop RPGs and board games, writing humorous fantasy novels, and collaborating with youth associations to introduce young people to the world of tabletop and role-playing games, as well as developing new games to entertain and engage players.
