For TRENOlab, privacy is a major concern with a high priority. All data received from the users online is treated carefully in accordance with the provisions of the Italian Data Protection Act (D.Lgs 196/2003) and will not be passed to third parties. In addition, the data will be used only for the intended purpose (e.g., the creation of a quotation or for the delivery of documents). However, the World Wide Web is a publicly accessible system. Data entered therein can be lost to a wrong recipient or fall into unauthorized hands. For this reason, the users enter all personal information and data voluntarily and at their own risk. TRENOlab does not guarantee privacy on the Internet. TRENOlab uses Google Analytics on the TRENOlab Site, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, text files stored on a user’s computer enabling an analysis of the user’s use of the TRENOlab Site. The information generated by the cookies about the use of the TRENOlab Site (including the user’s IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the United States and is stored there. Google will use this information to evaluate the user’s use of the TRENOlab Site, to compile reports on TRENOlab Site activity for TRENOlab, and to provide further services related to TRENOlab Site activity and Internet usage.
